Direct licence · Conform LUFS
Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern direct orders for Conform LUFS, professional macOS software for audio post-production analysis, correction and export, including television, cinema, radio and streaming work. Mac App Store purchases are governed by Apple’s terms.
Price and order
The public price of one direct licence is €59, with no subscription. The purchase button opens Stripe’s secure checkout. The sale becomes final after successful payment. Stripe provides a receipt or invoice.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the customer is redirected to a private download of the signed and notarised macOS disk image. The link remains valid for 30 days and allows up to five downloads.
Trial version
The same app may be evaluated free for 7 days from its first launch on a Mac. A valid serial number is required after that period. Reinstalling the app does not restart the trial.
Licence
Each purchase creates a unique serial number. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It allows one user to activate Conform LUFS on one Mac under their control. A backup copy is permitted. Redistribution, sharing the serial number, resale, rental, provision to third parties and circumvention of protections are prohibited.
Updates and support
Corrective and functional updates to major version 1 are included. A future major version may have separate terms. Support is available at wbeaugendre@mac.com.
Withdrawal and refunds
Where consumers have a right of withdrawal, the required information and form are provided before payment. Immediate delivery before the statutory period expires requires the customer’s express agreement and, where required by law, express waiver of that right. Statutory guarantees remain unaffected.
Liability
The customer remains responsible for preserving source files and checking exports before distribution. Nothing limits rights or guarantees that cannot legally be waived.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Any issue should first be sent to wbeaugendre@mac.com so an amicable solution can be sought.
