Distribution and use terms

Purpose

Conform LUFS is professional macOS software for audio post-production analysis, correction and export, including television, cinema, radio and streaming work.

Purchase and distribution

Conform LUFS is sold and distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Final pricing, payment, invoicing, download and purchase rights are handled by Apple according to the terms applicable to the customer’s account and country.

Installation and updates

Installation, purchase restoration and updates are provided by the Mac App Store using the Apple Account associated with the purchase.

Refunds

Requests concerning payment, invoicing or refunds for a Mac App Store purchase must be submitted to Apple under its procedures.

Support for the operation of Conform LUFS is available at support@kinetic-dsp.com.

Liability

The customer remains responsible for preserving source files and checking exports before distribution. Nothing limits rights or guarantees that cannot legally be waived.
