Privacy policy
Summary
Conform LUFS does not collect, track or transmit personal data or audio files. Analysis and correction take place locally on your Mac.
Data processed by the application
Files you select are used only for the requested reading, analysis, correction and export operations. They never leave your device and are not retained by the publisher.
The application uses no advertising tools, tracking mechanisms or behavioural analytics services.
File access
Conform LUFS uses macOS permissions to access only the files and folders you choose. You can withdraw these permissions in macOS privacy settings.
Direct purchase, trial and activation
Stripe, including its Link service when you use it, processes payment and the information required for the receipt or invoice under its own terms and policies. We receive the contact details needed to deliver the software, but never your complete card details. To secure delivery, the 7-day trial and the one-Mac licence, the service stores non-reversible fingerprints of the Stripe reference, serial number and Mac technical identifier, together with trial, activation and download dates and the download count. These data are retained as needed to provide the licence, support customers and prevent abuse.
Mac App Store
If you purchase through the Mac App Store, Apple processes payment and related information under its own terms and policies. The publisher does not receive your banking details.
Email support
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. It is used only to reply and follow up on the issue, then deleted when no longer needed.
Children and security
The application collects no data from children. It runs within the secure macOS environment and sends no audio content over the Internet.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the application changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion of data connected with an order or support request, subject to legal accounting-record retention requirements.
