Privacy policy

Summary

Conform LUFS does not collect, track or transmit personal data or audio files. Analysis and correction take place locally on your Mac.

Data processed by the application

Files you select are used only for the requested reading, analysis, correction and export operations. They never leave your device and are not retained by the publisher.

The application uses no advertising tools, tracking mechanisms or behavioural analytics services.

File access

Conform LUFS uses macOS permissions to access only the files and folders you choose. You can withdraw these permissions in macOS privacy settings.

Website audience measurement

The website records aggregate statistics to estimate visitor numbers and viewed pages. It uses no advertising cookie or third-party analytics service. Raw IP addresses are never retained: the address and browser are transformed into a non-reversible fingerprint protected by a secret, solely to avoid counting the same visit repeatedly. Events contain this fingerprint, the page path, the action type, the date and the approximate country code supplied by the hosting network. No city or precise location is recorded. Events are deleted after no more than 400 days. The browser’s “Do Not Track” signal is respected.

Product-update mailing list

When you voluntarily subscribe to Kinetic DSP announcements, your email address, language, consent date and subscription status are retained so that we can notify you about important new versions and features. Your address is never sold or used for third-party advertising. Every message includes an unsubscribe link; you may also request deletion by email.

Mac App Store

Conform LUFS is sold and distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Apple processes payment, download and related information under its own terms and policies. The publisher does not receive your banking details.

Email support

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. It is used only to reply and follow up on the issue, then deleted when no longer needed.

Children and security

The application collects no data from children. It runs within the secure macOS environment and sends no audio content over the Internet.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the application changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction or deletion of data connected with an order or support request, subject to legal accounting-record retention requirements.
